Training with a partner can be beneficial for you both as you feed off of each other's energy. A little competition has been known to be a great motivation factor as well and working with a partner or group can bring some familiarity to fitness training. Learning together about setting long term and short term goals as well as how to stay motivated and eat a proper diet full of the nutrition you need can be a great experience. Just as your trainer will motivate you to stay on task and achieve your goals, so will your partner or group.
