Unlike a lot of Personal Trainers who give all their clients the same stale boring workout, our BBD Personal Training programs are specifically tailored to meet your individual needs whether you are looking to lose weight, build lean muscle, or simply want to tone up. We will meet with you one-on-one to discuss your individual fitness goals and design a custom workout program that is tailored just for you. We will help you to establish both short and long-term goals and keep you motivated so that you can meet those goals in a minimal amount of time. Our BBD Personal Training sessions are 60-minutes in length and consist of a mixture of cardio, strength training, circuit training, and FUN. Our workouts target those trouble areas in order to sculpt lean toned legs, butts, arms, and abs.
